Over the past twenty years, he has led design at scale for some of the world’s most competitive industries, shaping cultures, building teams, and delivering experiences that drive growth and inspire trust.
He has guided full-scale transformations, from doubling traffic and launching the first native app at TravelSupermarket to building a global design system at Sage that delivered a 255 percent uplift in conversion. His leadership is hands-on and visionary, combining craft with strategy to prove how design can move the needle at board level.
Alongside corporate leadership, Paul maintains an international art practice with work shown in galleries and museums worldwide. He has collaborated with Christie’s, Nikon, Marriott and Fortnum & Mason, and created the LUAP Pink Bear Scholarships, providing over €250,000 to emerging artists. This dual perspective (commercial and cultural) shapes a unique approach to leadership that keeps creativity sharp, human, and relevant.
