As a design leader I combine creative direction with strategy to shape brands and products that deliver measurable results. I have led global campaigns, design systems and brand transformations, always pushing for fresh thinking and creative innovation that connects with people and drives performance across organisations.

I lead by example. Hands on, curious and committed to excellence, I have scaled teams from 1 to 40 while building cultures where people thrive. I mentor individuals beyond job titles, helping them grow into confident leaders. By embedding agile ways of working and strengthening in-house capability I have reduced external costs by more than half while creating high-performing teams that continue to deliver long after my time.

I am equally at ease defining vision in the boardroom or refining the detail of a product journey with my team. This balance of strategy and craft means I can translate ambition into outcomes. At Sage I delivered a 255% uplift in conversion, and at TravelSupermarket I doubled traffic to 4.8 million unique visitors. Guided by research, data and testing, my work combines rigour with creativity to deliver products that perform at scale.
